Probably won't see this in the USA

I was just reading my latest e-newsletter from Weight Watcher Australia and ran across a list of handy tips for a healthy weekend.  The first six points were pretty basic, drink water, get active, eat fruit and veg.  It was item seven that made me smile.  I'm pretty sure this one doesn't appear on the US Weight Watchers site.

7. Hangover help


So you had a big Saturday night, huh? It may be tempting to spend Sunday on the couch eating anything greasy or salty in sight, but this won’t help your weight loss. Our rescue remedy? Plenty of water and vegemite on toast. Check out more of our healthy hangover cures.
